Where short-viability seeds are ordered these may be sent in two or more consignments.
DELIVERY:
Packets are labelled with the latin plant name, and sent in padded envelopes with customs label, by Airmail to overseas destinations or surface mail within New Zealand.
Overseas customers allow 5-10 days from dispatch until arrival in your letterbox.
If you have special delivery preferences please state these when ordering.
AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS: Import conditions for seed into Australia are available from the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service page at http://www.aqis.gov.au/icon32/asp/ex_querycontent.asp
NORTH AMERICAN CUSTOMERS: Please post to us your Import Permit,
one green/yellow address label for the quarantine station at the US port of entry,
and sufficient US postage stamps for the seeds to be forwarded to you after inspection.
This should ensure there are no delays.

NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS: Please note the minimum order is five(5) packets whether or not you are also ordering plants. There is no post/packing fee if the seeds are to be included with a plant order. Otherwise please include NZ$2.50 for post/packing. Do not send a self-addressed envelope.
