MINIMUM ORDER: FIVE (5)plants before freight.
If also ordering seed please read our seedlist terms of business. Orders for fewer than five packets will not be accepted.

PAYMENT: Payment must accompany your order please, by one of the following:
LIMIT CHEQUE, registered CASH, VISA/MASTERCARD
Please fax, phone or post your credit card details to us. Do NOT email them as email is not secure.

PLEASE NOTE: If the parcel is delivered to an address with a Rapid number or on a Rural Delivery route the freight per carton is
South Is. R.D. $14.67 North Is. R.D. $23.16

Fastway Couriers gives your order to your RD person to deliver to your letterbox.
You may wish to give a town address for delivery. Freight on your parcel can be shared with friends by joint orders sent to one address. For every 20 plants allow freight as above.

We usually manage to send orders within 1-3 working days. Orders are sent Monday - Wednesday for delivery to your door if you live in town, or letter box if you are a country customer.

SATISFACTION POLICY: Please let us know as soon as possible if you are not satisfied with any of your plants and we will replace them or refund in full. Because we have no control over the treatment of plants after purchase we will replace or refund at our discretion once you have accepted your order.

YOUR PRIVACY: Any customer information held by Hokonui Alpines is used solely in the course of our business with you. It is not shared with any third party. The content of any email correspondence between a customer and Hokonui Alpines may be intercepted by third parties and is beyond our control. Caution is advised.
