The club runs three types of lexan bodied cars on rotation. All must use 16D or Falcon motors. The definition of 16D has been streched to include Super 16D for the GP and Sports classes.

Grand Prix (F1) cars are normally powered by Super 16D motors. The chassis centre section is laser cut steel or brass and wire. Side pans are brass. The motor must be at 90 degrees to the axles.
Recently Falcon motors have also been used in Grand Prix racing in both SCD F1 for Falcon and AB SlotSport Allmotor chassis.
