Chicken Korma
- 30 mL oil

2 onions

15 mL crushed garlic

5 mL grated ginger

2.5 mL turmeric

2.5 mL cumin powder

2.5 mL coriander powder

2.5 mL cardamom powder

2.5 mL chilli powder

5 mL garam masala

10 mL salt

30 mL tomato paste

600 g chicken
-
250 mL ground almonds

250 mL cream
Fry crushed onions until oil separates. Add garlic, ginger, spices and salt. Cook until fragrant. Add tomato paste, water as necessary and chicken. When chicken cooked add almonds and simmer 1 hour. Add cream and simmer.
