Chicken Fettuccine
- 30 mL olive oil
- 500 g chicken
- 100 g bacon
- 1 medium (200 g) onion
- 150 mL white wine
- 10 mL garlic
- 15 mL dijon mustard
- 250 mL cream
- 250 mL milk
- 100 g strong cheese (parmesan or blue)
- 15 ml cornflour
- 60 mL water
- 250 g dry fettuccine
Fry chicken. Add chopped bacon and diced onion and cook. Add wine and reduce. Add garlic and mustard. Add cream and milk and heat through. Melt in cheese. Add cornflour dissolved in water to thicken if necessary. Add to cooked fettuccine.
