Chicken and Corn Soup
- 500 mL water
- 25 mL monosodium glutamate
- 10 mL (dry) chicken stock
- 220 mL creamed corn
- 100 mL water
- 10 mL cornflour
- 1 egg
- Left over chicken (optional)
Mix water, monosodium glutamate and stock. Brink to boil and add corn. While boiling
whisk in beaten egg. Add cornflour previously mixed in 100 mL cold water. Add chicken
then serve.
